What you need to prepare your home-made, detoxifying water:
- 12 mint leaves
- 1 lemon
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 2 liters of filtered water
Wash cucumber and lemon thoroughly (do not peel). After they have been washed, cut them into slices and place them in a jar. Wash the mint leaves and put them in the pot as well. Add the grated ginger. Pour the water into the glass and refrigerate for 8 hours. Stir occasionally to allow all antioxidants and nutrients to escape in the water. Drink it every day and enjoy it!
