Peanut Butter Snowballs

: The peanut butter snowballs are extremely delicious and cooked in just 15 minutes.

What you need:
  • 1 1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2/3 pack of wholegrain biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 2 cups of melted white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • Some sprinkles for garnish

Preparation:

In a large bowl, mix butter, powdered sugar, wholegrain biscuits, peanut butter, salt, and maple syrup. Use a hand mixer to get a smooth dough. Place a wire rack on a large baking sheet. Use a small biscuit attachment to make small balls out of the mixture. Put the balls on the baking sheet. In another bowl, mix the white chocolate with the coconut oil. Dip the balls in the chocolate and place them on the wire rack. Sprinkle with a little sprinkle and put in the fridge. Leave them in the fridge for 15 minutes and your is ready!
