Place your fingertip on the forehead, near the hairline. Relax the muscles on your face and raise your brow with your fingers. Do 10 repetitions.
2. For wrinkles between the eyebrows
Place your index finger between your eyebrows. Look grim and push your eyebrows aside with your index finger. Do 10 repetitions.
3. To streamline the forehead
Turn your index fingers in a bow and place them on your eyebrows. While raising your eyebrows, press your eyebrows down with your index fingers. Hold this position and count to 10. Do 10 reps.
4. To tighten the cheeks and the jaw
Lie on your back and relax all your muscles. Begin to circle your jaw. Open your mouth, then spread your lips and join your upper and lower jaw teeth. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Do 10 repetitions.
